The format is straight forward and enjoyable. It needs more explanation of many characters as well as of the FBR itself. <br /><br />Charmaine Smith (<a href="http://www.seattleitedge.com" rel="nofollow">Seattle IT Consulting</a>)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16187660743195500166noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5452926910707749492.post-59397317391847969862013-03-07T17:16:29.212-05:002013-03-07T17:16:29.212-05:00sounds like a pretty good book from the excerpt. a...sounds like a pretty good book from the excerpt. and I love lots of action. I haven't had the chance to read the first one yet, but it's on my TBR list! T...Yeah, that twist was pretty easy to figure out. This is actually the only book I can think of reading that had middle book syndrome, but you're right, the resistance is worse off. However, should it really take 300 pages just for that? While there were big, action-packed events, I didn't feel like there was a purpose for them really. But you do make a good point about the resistance :)Emily Blakehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02057321191480454943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5452926910707749492.post-40416565954140875202013-02-12T09:24:27.398-05:002013-02-12T09:24:27.398-05:00I just read Breaking Point, and, I'll admit, I...I just read Breaking Point, and, I'll admit, I did see that plot twist coming. Ember's surprise was...surprising. On the other hand, I really didn't get a middle book syndrome feel from it. The resistance is on a much worse footing than they were at the beginning, which is kind of epic, I think. The pace was a little slow though, for a book with so much danger and action. *shrug*Christinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00370486039531015541noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5452926910707749492.post-77832747112447338192013-02-08T23:08:49.544-05:002013-02-08T23:08:49.544-05:00Thanks for the giveaway! :) cute blog too!
